Membership in Final Strike is by invitation only. All players must maintain a minimum K/D ratio of 5.0 and demonstrate exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
All team members must uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, integrity, and respect. Cheating, toxicity, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate dismissal.
Team members are required to participate in all scheduled tournaments and practice sessions. Conflicts must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Tournament winnings are distributed fairly among active team members based on participation and performance. The organization retains 20% for operations and future investments.
All sponsorship deals must be approved by team management. Individual sponsorships are permitted if they don't conflict with team partnerships.
Team members are encouraged to create content and stream. All content must represent Final Strike positively and follow brand guidelines.
Team strategies, tactics, and internal communications are confidential. Leaking information will result in legal action and immediate termination.
All disputes will be handled internally through team management. If unresolved, an independent esports mediator will be consulted.
