• No Server Storage: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or settings to any server
• No Tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools to monitor your usage
• Device Information: Device selection is used solely for calculation purposes and is not transmitted anywhere

💾 5. User Data & Exports

Users are responsible for their own data:

• Settings saved as presets are stored in browser localStorage and may be cleared if you clear browser data
• Exported settings files (JSON/TXT) are your responsibility to store safely
• We are not liable for lost settings due to browser cache clearing or device changes
• We recommend exporting important settings as backup

• Any in-game performance issues or account problems
• Any bans, suspensions, or penalties from game developers
• Loss of data, settings, or presets
• Physical discomfort or injuries from using recommended settings
• Incompatibility with specific devices or game versions
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

To use ProSense effectively:

• Always test settings in Training Mode before using in real matches
• Start with lower sensitivities and gradually increase if needed
• Adjust settings based on personal comfort and preference
• Take breaks if you experience discomfort or motion sickness
• Use gyroscope settings only if you're comfortable with device motion controls

All content, design, algorithms, and materials on ProSense are protected by intellectual property rights:

• The ProSense name, logo, and design are proprietary
• Calculation algorithms and formulas are proprietary
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute ProSense without permission
• "Scarfall 2.0" is a trademark of its respective owners - we claim no ownership

🔄 9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
